The Organiser (“HICC”) reserves the right to deny any person entry to the venue without providing any reason.

The personal data of visitors will be collected and used by the organiser for promotional purposes.

Photos and videos will be taken during the convention period and used for promotional purposes.

Visitors are not allowed to sell any merchandise at the convention. The HICC reserves the right to expel any visitors if any incidents of unauthorised selling are confirmed.

Visitors are not allowed to conduct any unauthorised promotional activities at the convention. If any such activity is found, the visitor(s) will be asked to leave the venue and may be barred from future entrance.

The HICC reserves the right to expel any person from the exhibition who fails to comply with the above terms and conditions.
