Hong Kong takes its immigration and customs laws seriously. To help make your visit as smooth as possible and observe all legal requirements, we have prepared the following advice.

If you wish to obtain a temporary working visa, please fill out the Hong Kong SAR Immigration Department ID 990A form, which can be downloaded from www.immd.gov.hk/pdforms/ID990A.pdf.

If you plan to hire any legal temporary workers, please let us know at least 14 calendar days before the first day of the convention, so appropriate arrangements can be made.
